Night Sleep Trial

The true test of any bedding is how you feel after sleeping on it. That's why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all our sheets, pillows, and duvet covers. Take your time. Settle in. If you’re not completely dreaming, you can return it for a full refund. We ask that you try your new bedding for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new materials and feel. This ensures you give your new sanctuary a fair chance to win you over.

Contact Us

Send an email to returns@homenest.com with your order number. Our friendly support team will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps and a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare Your Item

Please wash the item(s) you are returning. Once clean and dry, package them in any suitable box and attach the prepaid shipping label we provided to the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any local carrier location. Shipping is on us. Once we receive the package, we'll process your request promptly and confirm via email.

Full Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Easy Exchanges

Found a color or fabric you like better? We’re happy to help you find your perfect match. Simply let us know in your initial email that you would like an exchange. We will help you select your new item and ship it out to you as soon as we receive your original purchase. If there is a price difference, we will either refund you or send an invoice accordingly.

A few important details about our returns and exchanges policy.

Condition of Items

Items returned under the 100-night trial can be gently used. We expect them to be returned in a clean condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged, stained, or in an unsanitary state.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items may be marked as 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be clearly noted on the product page. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will prioritize sending you a replacement at no extra cost.

Gifts

If you received a Home Nest item as a gift and would like to return it, we can offer store credit for the value of the item. Please provide the original order number or the name of the purchaser to initiate the process.

All gently used returns that are clean and in good condition are professionally laundered and donated to these organizations to provide comfort to those in need. Your return helps us extend the warmth and sanctuary of a well-made bed to more people in our community. It’s a core part of our mission to not only do well, but also do good.
