Your bedding arrives in a beautiful, reusable cotton tote bag, perfect for storage or daily errands. This is all housed within a shipping box made from 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard, printed with non-toxic, soy-based inks. It’s our way of ensuring that our commitment to sustainability extends all the way to your doorstep. We are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint, one thoughtfully packed order at a time.

We are thrilled to bring Home Nest comfort to select international destinations. Currently, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance in your country.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

While we trust our delivery partners, issues can occasionally arise. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and around your property. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, contact us, and we will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via our Standard Shipping option. Please note that express shipping is not available for these addresses, and delivery times may be longer than standard estimates due to military postal service handling.

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. We pack our orders with the utmost care, but accidents can happen during transit. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
